Shipping

Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 999on all serviceable pincodes.*

Shipping costs depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 within India.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the courier’s tracking page.

Yes, we offer COD in select locations. A small COD fee may apply. Please check at checkout if this option is available in your area.

Yes, if your payment was deducted but the order wasn’t processed, the amount will be refunded automatically within 8 business days. If the refund isn’t processed, reach out to us.

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. You may need to cancel the order and place a new one with the preferred method.

Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 6 days of delivery. The item must be:
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ With all tags and packaging intact
✅ Free from stains, perfume, or damage

Returns are [free/charged]. If there is a defect or wrong item shipped, we cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, a small fee may apply.

If your returned item doesn’t meet our policy conditions, we will notify you and send the product back to you.
