Returns & Refunds

At Zewed, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within  6 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items on sale, clearance, or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We do not accept returns on undergarments and accessories for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@zewed.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Send the item back to the address provided. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • For a size exchange, please place a new order and return the original item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@zewed.com.
